১.মানব দেহ পরিচিতি:
একটি মানুষ সর্বমোট তিনশত টি হাড় নিয়ে পৃথিবীতে জন্মায় । বয়স বৃদ্ধির সাথে সাথে সেই সংখ্যা কমে দুইশত ছয় টিতে এসে থামে। তাহলে একটি মানবদেহের সর্বমোট হাড়ের সংখ্যা থাকে দুইশত ছয় টি। দুই হাতে মোট ষাট টি হাড় রয়েছে।
২.বিস্তারিত পরিচিতি:
মুলত মানব দেহ হলো একটি মানুষের পূর্ণাঙ্গ দেহ কাঠামো যেখানে মাথা ,ঘাড়,ধড় , বক্ষ, পেট, বাহু , হাত, পা এবং পায়ের পাতা(মানুষের শরীরের অংশের নাম) ইত্যাদি। সুতরাং মানুষের শরীরের প্রতিটি অংশই বিভিন্ন ধরনের কোষ দ্বারা গঠিত, যা মানবজীবনের মৌলিক একক।
মানব দেহ দেখতে সরল সহজ মনে হলেও এর রয়েছে অনেক অদ্ভুত ও জটিল অগণিত অজানা রহস্য। আজকে আমরা জানব সেই রহস্যের কিছু অদ্ভুত অজানা তথ্য।
৩.গঠন প্রণালী:
একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক মানব শরীরে গড়ে প্রায় ৫ থেকে ৫.৫ লিটার রক্ত এবং প্রায় দশ লিটার অন্তস্থ তরল পদার্থ থাকে।
তাহলে মানবদেহের গঠন প্রণালী প্রসঙ্গে এর পানির পরিমাণ, বিভিন্ন পদার্থের পরিমাণ, ধরন বা উপাদানের ধরন নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হলো। একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক মানব দেহে শতকরা ৬০ ভাগ পানি থাকে, যা ওজন ও আয়তন উভয় দিক থেকেই শরীরের মোট উপাদানের অনেক বড় একটি অংশ। পানির পরিমাণ বয়সভেদে বিভিন্ন হয়, যা নবজাতকের ক্ষেত্রে শতকরা ৭৫ ভাগ এবং স্থূলকায় ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে শতকরা ৪৫ ভাগ পানি থাকে।
মানব দেহে কোষের সংখ্যা শুধুমাত্র মানুষের নিজেরই নয়, বরং মানবদেহে অবস্থিত বিভিন্ন ব্যাক্টেরিয়া, আর্কিয়া, এবং মেথানোজেন্সের সংখ্যার হিসাব এতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে। এদের মধ্যে একটা বড় অংশই আসে মানুষের পাকস্থলী ও পরিপাক নালি থেকে। মানবদেহের ত্বক ও শরীরের অন্যান্য অংশে অবস্থিত সকল অনুজীবের সংখ্যাকে একত্রে বলা হয় হিউম্যান মাইক্রোবায়োম ।
মানুষের শরীরের অংশের নাম এবং বিভিন্ন উপাদানের অনুপাতের প্রসঙ্গে এর মুখ্য, গৌণ ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উপাদানসমূহ নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হলো। বিভিন্ন উপাদানের প্রকরণ আলোচনার প্রসঙ্গে পানি,আমিষ, সংযোজক কলা, চর্বি, শর্করা এবং হারের উপাদান নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হলো।
৪.মস্তিস্কঃ
মস্তিষ্ক বা মাথা থেকে স্নায়ুতন্ত্রে প্রতি সেকেন্ডে ১৭০ মাইলের বেশী বেগে তথ্য প্রবাহিত হয়।
একটি মস্তিস্ক দশ ওয়াট বাল্বের সমপরিমাণ শক্তি উৎপাদন করে থাকে। রক্তে মিশ্রিত শতকরা ২০ ভাগ অক্সিজেন ব্যবহার করে।
মস্তিস্ক দিনের তুলনায় রাতে দ্রুত বেশি কাজ করে।
গবেষনাুসারে বিজ্ঞানীরা মনে করেন যারা যত বেশি স্বপ্ন দেখে তাদের IQ তত উন্নত হয়। এতে হতাশ হবার কিছু নেই।অধিকাংশ মানুষ স্বপ্নের কথা সহজে ভুলে যায়।
কখন কোথায় কিভাবে ব্যাথা পেলাম সব ই মস্তিস্ক বলে দেয় ও তথ্য সংরক্ষন করে। কিন্তু মস্তিষ্ক কখনও নিজে ব্যাথা অনুভব করেনা।
আমাদের মস্তিস্কের ১০০ ভাগের শতকরা ৮০ ভাগ হচ্ছে পানি।
আমাদের মস্তিষ্ক দিনের চেয়ে রাতে অনেক বেশি সক্রিয় থাকে ও খুব দ্রুত কাজ করে।
৫.চুল এবং নখঃ
আমাদের শরীরের অন্য যে কোনো অংশের তুলনায় আমাদের মুখের লোম বা দাঁড়ি খুব দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি পায়।
সাধারনত ছেলেদের তুলনায় মেয়েদের চুলের ব্যাস ছেলেদের চুলের অর্ধেক। অতএব ছেলেদের চুল মেয়েদের চুলের তুলনায় প্রায় দুই গুণ মোটা হয়ে থাকে।
আমরা লক্ষ্য করলে দেখি প্রতিদিন আমাদের অনেক চুল বিভিন্ন কারনে ঝরে যায়, তবুও মানবদেহের একটি চুল গড়ে তিন থেকে সাত বছর টিকে থাকে।
আমাদের পাঁচটি আঙ্গুলের মধ্য মাঝের আঙ্গুল অর্থাৎ মধ্যমা আঙ্গুলের নখ খুব দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি পায়।
পায়ের নখের তুলনায় হাতের নখ দ্রুত বাড়ে। কমপক্ষে চার গুণ।
৬.অন্যান্য অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গঃ
আমাদের শরীরের সবচেয়ে লম্বা অঙ্গ হল আমাদের ক্ষুদ্রান্ত্র। যদিও নাম শুনে এর উল্টা মনে হতে পারে।
হৃদপিন্ড রক্ত সঞ্চালনের জন্য যে চাপ দেয় তাতে কমপক্ষে ত্রিশ ফিট দূরে রক্ত ছিটকে যেতে পারবে।
তাছাড়া মহিলাদের হৃদস্পন্দন পুরুষদের তুলনায় দ্রুত হয়ে থাকে।
নারীরা পুরুষের তুলনায় ২গুণ বেশি চোখের পলক ফেলে।
আমাদের ডান ফুসফুসের চেয়ে বাম ফুসফুস আকারে তুলনামুলক ছোট।
আমাদের পাকস্থলীতে যে পরিমান হাইড্রোক্লোরিক এসিড পাওয়া যায় তা ধাতু গলাতেও সক্ষম।
বিজ্ঞানীরা এই পর্যন্ত লিভারের প্রায় পাঁচশত রকমের কাজ খুঁজে বের করেছেন।

হিসাব মতে একজন মানুষ সম্পূর্ণ জীবন যে পরিমাণ লালা ক্ষরণ করে তা দিয়ে অনায়াসেই দুইটি মাঝারি সাইজের সুইমিং পুল পূর্ণ করা যাবে।
